Doug Ulman

Mr. Ulman has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2016. From December 2014 to January 2024, Mr. Ulman served as Chief Executive Officer of Pelotonia, a nonprofit based in Columbus, Ohio that has raised more than $275 million for cancer research since 2009. He remains vice chairman on Pelotonia’s board and senior adviser to the CEO. A social entrepreneur and brand and community builder, he has also served as a Hauser Fellow at Harvard University Kennedy School Center for Public Leadership. From 2008 to December 2014, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The LIVESTRONG Foundation. Mr. Ulman also serves as a member of the board of several private foundations, including the Ulman Foundation and Walk With a Doc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and completed the Executive Program in Leadership at Stanford University. We believe Mr. Ulman is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his experience in executive leadership roles.
