Biography

Donna Dorsey has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2023. Since June 2025, Donna has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alight Inc. (NYSE: ALIT) a leading cloud based human capital technology and service provider.

From 2015 to 2025, Donna served as Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Navistar, Inc., now International Motors LLC, where she was responsible for all aspects of human resource strategy and implementation. She’d been with the company since 2004, serving in various senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Navistar, Donna was senior manager of human resources at Sears, Roebuck & Company (now Sears Holdings) (Nasdaq: SHLDQ) where she was instrumental in leading the development of people strategies for corporate functions and serving as a leader for diversity initiatives across the enterprise.

Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law with a certification in labor and employment law. We believe Donna is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to her experience in executive leadership roles and as a senior leader in human resources.
