Biography

Ms. Dorsey has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2023. Since 2015, Ms. Dorsey has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer at Navistar, Inc. (NYSE: NAV) where she is responsible for all aspects of human resource strategy and implementation. She has been with the company since 2004, serving in various senior leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Navistar, Ms. Dorsey was senior manager, human resources at Sears, Roebuck & Company (now Sears Holdings) (Nasdaq: SHLDQ) where she was instrumental in leading the development of people strategies for corporate functions and serving as a leader for diversity initiatives across the enterprise. Ms. Dorsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law with a certification in labor and employment law. We believe Ms. Dorsey is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to her experience in executive leadership roles and as a senior leader in human resources.
